Adding an attachment to an email by dragging and dropping from an FTP directory
in Internet Explorer causes the deletion of the file from the original location
and does not add it as an attachment. The mouse icon changes to one that
suggests that drag and dropping would work as expected.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to an FTP directory using Internet Explorer
2. Open a new compose message window
3. Drag a file from the FTP directory to the mail window address area.

Actual Results:
no attachment was created and the file was removed from the FTP directory

Expected Results:
not allowed dragging and dropping from FTP directory (this is the behaviour of
Netscape) OR createc attachment and NOT reomoved file from original location.

reproducible in Thunderbird 0.7.3 and 0.8, Mozilla Mail 1.7.3.
