Currently Live Bookmarks won't get refreshed unless you specifically right click
on them and select "Refresh Live Bookmark". It would be usefull if we had a
background thread that on specific times refreshed all Live Bookmarks. Users
should be able to set the refresh time in Tools/Options/Advanced/Live Bookmarks
