Seen with Firefox trunk Windows XP build 2004-10-13-08-trunk
(did not see this on todays Linux or Mac trunk builds)

-Open any main menu item

tested results:
The drop down flys out up and to the left a significant distance from where it
is expected.

expected reuslts:
The dropdown menu flys out with left edge alligned with the left edge of the
Menu item.

This is also happening with form autocomplete lists. Also on form lists on
second viewing of the list. (click severity in this bug, it's okay. click it
again and it is displayed up and to the left.)
