File | New Window). Menus highlight, but the menu options do not drop down. If the Download Manager window is minimized to the dock, the menu items become selectable. Expected: Menu items should be selectable regardless of Download Manager window status. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select a file to download. 2. Select the Download Manager as a focus 3. Select a menu; observe that menu items are not selectable 4. Minimize the Download Manager window to the OS X dock 5. Select a menu; observe that menu items are selectable Actual Results: as described Expected Results: Menu items should be accessible/selectable, regardless of Download Manager window status Mac OS X (10.3.5) -- all Apple security updates are installed as of 10-13-2004
