RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 246362

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041011 Firefox/0.10
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041011 Firefox/0.10

At least after a user has downloaded some extensions or themes, the two sections
should then come under OPTIONS, instead of the unclear, not as well advertised
or of the same functionality as the ever increadingly long Tools drop down.

It is my strong opinion and experience from people that users are not becoming
aware of the power of themes and extensions which hold untold power to Firefox
they don't know about, because they are not well documented, advertised or put
clearly enough. They are huge area's and do no harm being in OPTIONS by
default, and removeable if must. But they fit in perfectly (I have seen
screenshots or perhaps old version on the suite) and it keeps the simple layout
of the OPTIONS area, does not clutter it, and if anything makes it look better
as they fit perfectly.

They are 2 logical massive area's that should be in options.
