User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a5) Gecko/20041008
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a5) Gecko/20041008

When editing some pages, Page Down skips text, I think because it goes to an
image and tries to show the whole image rather than one page below the previous
point.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the link in Composer.
2. Put the cursor at "7 surveillance...".
3. Page Down - the cursor is now at "Neil Maskell ... Rod".
4. Page Down - the cursor is now at the asterisk after "Report".
5. Page Down - the cursor is now at the poster.
Actual Results:
Cursor ends up at the poster.

Expected Results:
Page Up and you'll find that you didn't get to see the text "Security censorship
classification".
Product: Browser → Seamonkey
WFM: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050331
I see this "censorship classification" text when i page up.

Matti, do you still have this problem with a current build ?
Yep.

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01".

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
Thank you for your help in this matter.

The latest beta releases can be obtained from:
Firefox: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/
Thunderbird: http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/releases/1.5beta1.html
Seamonkey: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/
Sill going.
WFM - I can't recreate the condition where it "disappears", I see it just fine "censorship classification ... MA 15+ (Strong coarse language, frequent drug use, medium level violence)"

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.4) Gecko/20060516 SeaMonkey/1.0.2 (didn't try trunk)
FWIW my screen resolution is 1024x768 with SeaMonkey maximised and all three menu bars open.

The following steps have changed because of site formatting alterations:
3. Page Down - the cursor is now at "Tamer Hassan .... Milwall Jack"
4. Page Down - the cursor is now at "The football factory is a film about great"
5. Page Down - the cursor is now at "Surveillance images and posters"
6. Page Down - the cursor is now at the image beneath the poster of a fat man and the heading "Surveillance images and posters" is not visible at the top of the screen.

Another page with a more dramatic problem is:
http://thecia.com.au/reviews/h/hoodwinked.shtml

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the link in Composer.
2. Put the cursor at "12 surveillance...".
3. Page Down - the cursor is now at "Patrick Warburton .... The Wolf".
4. Page Down - the cursor is now at "Academy of Science Fiction..."
5. Page Down - the cursor is now at the poster.

I think that the issue is that the entire poster image is rendered at the bottom of the window at the expense of everything above it which gets pushed out the top of the window.
Matti,

Can you reproduce with SeaMonkey v1.1.9 ?
