The Information Bar in IE changes color upon moving the mouse over it.  I think
that would add a nice touch to the pop up blocker UI.  Also, I would like to see
a close button added the the information bar.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Make sure Firefox is set to show the information bar upon blocking a popup
window.
2.  Go to a site that opens a popup window.

Actual Results:  
The information bar appears.

Expected Results:  
The information bar should appear, and change color on mouse over.
