When printing, option on print setup dialog is
Headers & Footers Right default is "URL"

When --blank-- is selected, browser closed
and restarted, print option defaults back to "URL" 

i.e. the print options are not 'sticky'

i.e. the print options are not 'sticky'

Expected Results:  
i.e. the print options should be 'sticky'

(a preference is that the "--blank--" option would be default not URL)

Did you do anything between the time you selected -- blank -- and reclosing the
browser and restarting it?

Had you printed to a non default printer?

Please give exact steps as to how this happened, starting with opening firefox.
