I actually ran into a bug yesterday. I downloaded 2 large demos. It says that 
it downloaded the whole thing but it said it wasn't done. 

So I redownloaded. Same thing again. I found that even though it says it wasn't 
finished and that it downloaded every bit, but has not been finished, I closed 
out of the download window. Renamed the file from ut2004.zip.pack to 
ut2004.zip . It worked after that, so if you ever get stuck like that...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a big download (I got mine from 3dgamers.)
2. Let it finish
3. Not sure if it will reproduct the bug but it did for me.  (The Download 
would be done downloading but it dont say it would be done and the exention 
will be something like  ut2004.zip.pack   I renamed it to ut2004.zip  It worked 
then.

Actual Results:  
The .exe was executable, which in turn had everything work.

Expected Results:  
Said that the download was done instead of hanging at 100%
