Details

The locales he-IL and pt-BR do not define COMPLETE_RESET_HOMEPAGE.  This causes
failures while trying to build the Firefox branch on chroma (a Windows system).

Defining COMPLETE_RESET_HOMEPAGE should resolve the build error.
This got fixed by the module owner somewhere along the way.
