I am requesting a CVS Account for NSPR/NSS/JSS purposes. I have been a long
term employee of Netscape (CMS team) and my reference is Wan-Teh Chang
(wchang0222@aol.com) of the NSS team here at Netscape.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
Need the form to start the process - www.mozilla.org/hacking/form.html. Please
have Wan-Teh comment in the bug.

I vouch for Matthew Harmsen. Matthew will be
working on NSS and JSS. His cvs checkins will
be limited to the mozilla/security directory.
Therefore, he is exempt from super-review
requirement and doesn't need any super-reviewer's
approval of the nomination.
Matthew: Did you ever submit the form? I don't recall ever seeing it.
Whiteboard: cvsfu
Matthew: Can you please resend the form to me? I don't seem to have it in my
pile of CVS forms.
never got the form. is access still desired?
Marcia, I no longer need access since Wan-Teh Chang and Bob Relyea transferred
to my new company when I did. Thanks, and I apologize for not closing out this
bug earlier. Please feel free to mark this bug as WONTFIX.
won't fix per Comment 6.

Since Wan-Teh Chang no longer works for my company, Red Hat, I would like to re-open this request to be granted CVS checkin access to JSS/NSS/NSPR (most specifically, I would like JSS access).

Wan-Teh (wtc@google.com) has graciously offered to still vouch for me.

Additionally, Bob Relyea (rrelyea@redhat.com) who works here at Red Hat will also vouch for me.
Matthew while you're waiting for your cvs account, if you have any JSS fix for a bug. Just attached your patch to the bug. After positive review I will check it in.
Matthew: If Bob and Wan-Teh could just post a quick voucher in the bug, that would be great since much time has elapsed since the original request was filed. We also need you to fill out the new and improved committer's form which can be found here: http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/committers-agreement.pdf, as well as attach an SSH key as an attachment to the bug.
Marcia: I have filled out and faxed my "Mozilla Foundation Committer's Agreement v2.0" to the FAX number mentioned in http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/notification/.
Glen: Thank you! My team is currently working on the proposed JSS changes, and we would be happy to have you review them as soon as they become available --- hopefully sometime next week.
I vouch for Matthew Harmsen. His checkins will be limited
to JSS and NSS (both under mozilla/security
Marcia: One more question -- Since this original request was submitted as
"mharmsennscp@yahoo.com" prior to obtaining my "mharmsen@redhat.com" email,
should I create a new "mharmsen@redhat.com" login to Mozilla, since I would
like any bugs associated with me to be at my Red Hat address?
I have received Matthew's Committer's Agreement.
I vouch for Matthew.

bob
Matthew, you can change the email address associated with your
existing Bugzilla account. Do not create a new Bugzilla account
for mharmsen@redhat.com.

Click "Preferences" at the bottom of the Bugzilla page, and
then click "Name and Password" to change your email address.
Marcia: Sorry for my confusion; I must have created an "mharmsen@redhat.com" account long ago (as both accounts exist). After this bug is closed out, I won't be using the "mharmsennscp@yahoo.com" account any longer.
matthew: sorry, this component is for cvs related actions, please file a bug in mozilla.org:bugzilla other asking that the two be merged. if you still have the bugzilla login password for both accounts, then you can speed things up by commenting in the bug from the other account affirming that you want them merged
