1.use tab to switch focus into a select

expected result: no caret shows in select
actural result: caret shows in select
also for radio, checkbox, button

I cannot reproduce this with <select> element anymore, but I still see caret for the other form controls. However, I don't think that this is a serious bug so that giving this low priority.
