Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the page
2. Look at the bottom of the page
3. Marvel at the phantom scrollbar.

Thanks for your insightful commentary. Exactly which other report is a duplicate
of this one? I searched the reports and couldn't find any of them like mine.
im sure someone else knows. the comment was for the people that triage my
buglist. ;)
I cannot reproduce the phantom scrollbar at the URL provided (build 20041014,
Mac OS X 10.3.5) even after resizing the window various ways.  What am I
missing?  Could this be related to bug 191265 or bug 113216?
you have to be a poster to get the scrollbar, i assume. you won't see it unless
you've posted something long. AVSForum has this issue as well. It's all the same
bug as with other phantom scrollbars.
Closing bug as I really can't find a dupe (or at least not with a normal time
frame) and I'm sure there is a correct browser bug that covers this issue.
