O/S: WinNT4.0

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch CCK
2. Select MyISP configuration
3. Proceed to check the Choose File buttons on all remaining screens

Results:

Selecting the Choose File buttons will not display an "Open" dialog to browse 
for the desired file.
Marking fixed - Caused by the presence of Two "\\" in the myisp.che file - have 
checked in the fix and will be reflected in tomorrows build.
