In "Add Bookmark" dialog, click arrow so directory map is displayed. Alt+n
shortcut is both Name and New Folder. Alt+n event creates new folder. 
Further, when possible, shortcuts should be consistent. In "Manage Bookmarks...
/ File / New Folder", the "New Folder" shortcut key is "o". Thus 2 Best Practice
reasons why "New Folder" should be "o" in "Add Bookmark"
