User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1

In every Save As dialog the "Save" button is always to the left of or above the
"Cancel" button. This is common convention in interface design. When using the
save as dialog you offen find yourself pressing cancel when you mean to press
save. This is because your intuition directs you to the "Cancel" button before
you bother to read it. I think that in this case it would be unwise to go
against convention.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save a file
2.
3.

Actual Results:
The dialogue appears with the "Save" button to the right of the "Cancel" button
and intuition causes you to press the wrong one.

Expected Results:
The "Save" button should be to the left of the "Cancel" button
what dialog(s) do you talk about ?

In the linux distribution (version 1 I think) the "Save As" dialog (when
you go to save a file for example) has the "Save" and "Cancel" button the
wrong way round. It goes against convention. The "Cancel" button should
always be to the right, this is the case with ALL other dialogues.

Conrad
it's by design, see bug 230642 comment 16
