Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Expected Results: According to preference setting, I expected replied AND _FORWARDS_ to put the signature in the right place.
This happens to me with 0.8 and 0.9 releases and Windows 98
I experience this behavior with Thunderbird 1.0 on WinXP.
