Context menu is displayed on the scroll bar of the message pain.
No context menu is displayed on the scrollbar of other windows...

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Display long enough text to the message pain
2.Right click of the vertical scroll bar
3.

Actual Results:  
Context menu is displayed.

Expected Results:  
Context menu is not displayed.

Confirming, in Mailnews you will always get a context menu on the vertical
scroll bar. Mozilla build 2004101405 on WinNT4.
I know I've seen this reported before, but I can't find an earlier bug for it.

Symptom does not occur in Thunderbird.
