A filter step should be created that allows one to have the email that matches
the filter automatically printed on the default printer.  This feature is
already in many email clients.

Someone came in to #thunderbird looking for this as they're trying to switch away from outlook but needs this feature.  A google search for how to do this turns up a fair number of people looking for the same thing.  I think I might agree with the idea that this should be an extension, but if it's a feature of other programs maybe it'd be good to think about it some more.

Either way it'd be good to know the reason for wontfixing - not requested enough or is this worth looking at now that it's 2 years later?
