For the testcase, the layout of 'Primary Mirror' is too far.
It seems that the 'clear' property is applied to outer block.
The build of Mozilla 2004-06-04/Trunk is right, but 2004-06-09/Trunk is wrong.

The current trunk layout is correct. See bug 148994 and the CSS specification
for floats, please.
