When clicking a web link from an external application mozilla and the last
mozilla window focues is the mail client, mozilla will focus the mail client
while loading the page in the browser.



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a mozilla browser
2.Open the mail client 
3.Go to another application that supports clicking web links and click to a web link
4.Mozilla focuses the mail client while the link load on the browser window
which is on the background



Expected Results:  
Focus mozilla window

This is the same as bug 24776 but it is open since March and a couple releases
hav e been out since.
