A range of browsers in os X and pc correctly show the URI for graphical links
when the pointer is over them.

firefox1.0pr status: "Read http://www.peepo.co.uk" for all links

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.visit URI
2.mouseover links
3.

Actual Results:  
no URI shown instead
"Read http://www.peepo.co.uk"

Expected Results:  
shown uri of link

firefox1.0pr does generally show the URI for links in SVG on the status line,
but not in this instance.

all other major browsers tested worked fine.

forgot to mention, when file is local it works fine...

Reproduced using Mozilla app suite 2004101505-trunk with Adobe SVG Viewer
v3.0 on Mac.
If you switch to another tab and back to this page, statusbar begins to
show the URL.
Over to Plug-ins for the moment.

Is this with the native SVG impl?  Or with the Adobe plugin?

http://www.peepo.co.uk/launch/index.svg won't display in native Mozilla, as
<use> isn't supported yet, though this has been addressed and should be
available soon.

so it's asv 3.1
