I don't get any pulldown menu whatsoever. No matter what URL I go to, I just
don't get any pulldown menu.

Could you clarify what you mean, please?
When I press down a mouse on a link, a pulldown menu is support to come out
saying  "Open Link in New Window" "Open Link in New Tab" etc. The last build I
get this pulldown menu is 2004101105. Starting with 2004101205 build, I don't
get this pulldown menu at all no matter what I do.  Even with today's
(2004101505) build, I don't get this pulldown menu. This is consistent with any
URL's, not specific with a certain URL. I hope this is clear enough.
