Details

In addition to the current filter-action options, we'd like to be able to copy
mail to a new folder, rather than just move it.

Seems like a straightforward change to the internals, though it would probably
require a string addition, and I wanted to check if someone else had designs on
this.  (I didn't see a similar bug in my searching, but I often don't.)

If all are amenable, I'll try to get a patch together shortly.
