also related, opening a dummy row by double clicking on it causes us to open the next valid message in a stand alone window.

this basically disables most commands when just a dummy message is selected. It also ignores dummy headers if you select a bunch of messages and press delete. And a nice side-effect (that I'm sure someone will report as a bug), if you double click on a dummy header, it will expand or collapse it.
