Page looks and renders fine, just scrolling is slow and uses 100% cpu.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=829516
2. Scroll up and down once page has loaded
3. Rinse and repeat

Actual Results:  
Slow scrolling, high cpu usage

Expected Results:  
Smooth scrolling, little or no cpu usage noticed
