I think that the lock-file that mozilla creates under the user's profile dir
should be deleted automatically if the browser finds no running process with
that pid when running on the local machine. My lock-file gets created with the
ppp ip-address, that is dynamic.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the browser
2.Crash the computer
3.Mozilla will ask to create another profile.
