I deleted Preference - Downloads - File Type to get rid of a not so good app.
Unfortunately, The app still shows up as the app of choice to open the file.

Changed KDE file associations but no affect.

Steps to Reproduce:
This is only on my machine unable to give steps



Expected Results:  
options to open should be present at all times so that a bad app can be easily
removed
