The Right div on the website is 150 pixels wide, however in the mac version of
mozilla firefox floating the div 150 pixels to the left will not bring the div
entirely into the frame, it must be set to 165 pixels to the left, in the
windows version of firefox, it has to be floated and extra 17 pixels. (in mac it
has to be floated an extra 15 pixels to be in the right place).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla Firefox
2. Go to gstocco.com
3. View source, right div is floated 167 pixels to the left in order to provide
compliance with both windows and mac firefox versions. to see the version with
the right div floated only 150 pixels to the left visit gstocco.com/50px.php
4. this same problem can be seen on
http://www.javascript-fx.com/scriptclips/float/float_menu_dtd.html
Actual Results:  
the right bar is not in the right place for what the code is telling it to do.

Expected Results:  
it should have had the div in the correct position.
