The purple octopus demo of bug 113232 does not maintain
desktop transparency correctly under windows 98. See the
following set of screenshots which show destruction of
proper transparency management.

Transparent regions of a mozilla window should show the
correctly updated desktop and background windows at all
times.

The pastel VIM window has been brought to the foreground with Alt+Tab
and then closed. Note the out-of-date content still shows through.

Fixed by bug 264718. Confirmed with 2004-12-10 trunk nightly.
