Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10.1
Behaviour of "new window" is different to IE.
In Firefox "new window" always loads the defined homepage first only then loads

conected to internet at this time.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. set tools/options/general/homepage to a page not accessible from internet
2. surf to site accessible from internet
3. select file/new window
=> will give error
Actual Results:
error: The requested URL could not be retrieved
Expected Results:
create a new browser with content from URL that was active at time of step 3.
