A message appears, that the certificat is invalid:

"your certificate contains the same serial number as annother certificate
issued by the same certificate authority. Please get a new certificate
containing a unique serial number."

With firefox, the site will be shown without any problem

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open https://www.finanzpartner.de:81/.cobalt/sysManage/index.html
2. an error-window will appear.

Actual Results:
a error message appears.

Expected Results:
the required site should be shown.
Might it be that the serial number is not quite valid (also here it works),
since it's 00? Maybe you already once imported a certificate with the same
serial number? Can you check under "Bearbeiten-Einstellungen" "Datenschutz &
Sicherheit-Zertifikate-Zertifikate verwalten" if there is already another
certificate with the same serial number?
Summary: A site with a self-signed SSL.certificate will no be shown, → A site with a self-signed SSL.certificate will no be shown,
wfm Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040910
and tested with a current nightly, also wfm.
