Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Ctrl+F.
2. Click the close button on the Find bar.
3. Move the mouse cursor up.
4. Ctrl+F.

Result: Close button is still in :hover state, until the cursor is moved over
any part of the toolbar.

This is not a recent regression.  It happens in both 10/12 and 10/17 branch builds.
