build 2000020310-M14. on NT and Win98.
1. Go to XPInstall test page: http://jimbob/trigger2.html
2. Select f_addsubcomp_bigfile from drop down or enter in URL field.
3. Press Trigger.
4. Press OK in Confirm dlog.
5. When Progress (Download) dlog appears, try moving the dlog.
Result: It doesn't move.
6. Now try Canceling.
Result: Can't cancel.
Note: Can cancel if we don't try moving the dlog first.

I believe that 26494 is related to the same problem that causes this bug.  I'm 
investigating a performace problem with painting.  You'll notice that you can 
move the progress bar but it doesn't move with the mouse.  It jumps.

Bill, would you help us look at this bug?  We're having trouble with 
download/install progress dialog performance...

This bears a passing resemblence to the problems we were having downloading with 
the browser (per bug 31804).  I don't think this xpinstall trigger stuff is 
using the same code, is it?  Can somebody provide a pointer to the code that 
displays the dialog in this case?

file is now called f_addfile_bigfile. Two things are happening on my NT:
a) After triggering, can't move the Progress dialog.
b) If Progress dlog is not moved, and Cancel is pressed, the download hangs. You 
can move the dlog afterwards, but the download is locked up.
