Happpens to me too. Always! However, one must be in the focus of the plug-in,
i.e. click inside the pdf, browse, scroll, change page and stuff. Else you
remain within the focus of the tabs (after opening the pdf file in a new tab)
and ctrl+T works.
If focus is inside of a plugin, the plugin owns the keyboard. This is necessary
for keyboard shortcuts to work. i.e. Ctrl-F should bring up the plugin's Find
function.
