Bookmarks toolbar folder appears out of nowhere on my toolbar.  There is no
reason for it and it does nothing.  it is not deletable and you have to move up
other book marks to "bury" it in your book mark list.  When it appears on top,
it slows down my ability to get to where I want to go.  WHy not make it removeable?

disable your extensions, use default theme and see if it still happens ?
