Currently, setting the toolbar to small icon mode has no real benefit in the
default setup because the logo does not resize with the rest of the icons. This
forces the toolbar to remain as large as it was before so that it can fit the
sunbird logo. This could be confusing to new users, and is annoying because it
requires the logo to be removed or moved to a different toolbar.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click toolbar
2.Select Customize
3.Check "Use small icons"

Actual Results:  
Icons resized, however logo and toolbar did not resize their height.

Expected Results:  
Used a smaller Sunbird logo
