A couple of quick tweaks to the plugin finder wizard to make it look better:

- put list of available plugins into an actual list looking thing - static
indented checkbox list looks a weird.
- hide unused sections of the wizard header like the update wizard and make the
wizard a little larger to give more space to the license area
- style the license area like a list/content area with the appropriate
indented/blue border (winxp/gnome/etc)
