Details

This bug is to investigate creating a reporting tool with an XUL wizard (because
the wizard is sexy), and use XML-RPC to communicate with the server.

Some work on this is already done, I've been thinking about this since day 1. 
It would be much better from every perspective if we did this.  

Needed:  Examples on connecting/transmission over XML-RPC with Mozilla.  Any
examples/testcases/help with that appreciated.  I'm still getting familiar with
XML-RPC in general, and can't find much documentation on the Mozilla side.
This is how were doing it.  So I can successfully close this now as the code is
checked in, and waiting to be enabled see bug 280597 for that.
