In a new text message whose body has dir="rtl" (you can use BiDi Mail UI to
achive this or use javascript yourself), when one enters two empty lines, then a
line with text, moves with the caret to the beginning of the first empty line,
presses the up key, then presses the down key, the caret moves down two lines to
the line with text instead of one line to the second empty line.
