Cannot access Mozilla when Norton Firewall is enabled.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.With Norton Firewall enabled try to access Mozilla.
2.No websites outside of Explorer can be found from Mozilla.
3.

Actual Results:  
Mozilla or any other site from Mozilla cannot be found when Norton Firewall is 
enabled.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should be accessed from icon or from programs.
I don't understand why this is a documentation issue...
  I am having the same issues as this bug. I noticed that everything worked 
fine until I updated FireFox.
