User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1

I the page at http://www.belgeo.be, there is an unnecessary horizontal scrollbar
on the bottom of the map, it makes it difficult to fill the form (Loc., address,
etc.). There was no such a scrollbar in IE and in classical Mozilla.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open http://www.belgeo.be
2.Look at the bottom of the map
3.

Actual Results:
There is an unwanted scrollbar.

Expected Results:
Display no scrollbar at all!
I can indeed see the unnecesarry scrollbar with:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040514

But I don't see the unnecessary scrollbar with:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a5) Gecko/20041017
Firefox/0.9.1+
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041018 Firefox/1.0

sees the bar too
WFM as well with 20041006 trunk. Something fixed on the trunk apparently that
will migrate to FF post-1.0.

Resolving WFM. Keep in mind that the FF layout engine is now months behind the
main trunk in bug fixes, because it branched such a while ago.
