Details
I am logging into a proxy that requires a password and for each component of a
web page that loads it forces me to login to the proxy. This results in logging
in about 20 times a page or more. This is frustrating. I manually entered the
proxy ip address in the proxy setup section. We are running NT Server 4.O SP 5.
Before this build release I was unable to login to the proxy at all but now I
must logon multiple times. This same problem comes up in Windows 95, Windows 98
and Windows 2000 workstations.

This is a known issue, and another DUP of bug 24329, "Make proxy auths
persistent.", M14, ASSIGNED.
