Details

Trying to launch the Wizard using Tools > Launch Wizard brings up an XML parsing
error.

&calendar.publish.remotefilename.label; is apparently an undefined entity in
calendar/resources/content/wizard.xul

Doing a search on calendar.publish.remotefile in lxr brings up only one
reference line, the line in that file -- wizard.xul

Did this entity get changed at some point? I'll gladly fix it and make patches,
but I need to know where this used to go. I'm assuming it worked at some point.
