When switching from Automatic Proxy Configuration to any other option, the URL
disappears until you click OK.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Tools/Options/Connection Settings
2. Configure an Automatic Proxy Configuration URL.
3. Click OK/OK to return to brower.
4. Click Tools/Options/Connection Settings.
5. Switch to "Direct Connection to the Internet"
6. Click OK (one time)
7. Click Connection Settings.
8. The Automatic Proxy Config URL is blank.
9. Click OK/OK.
10. Click Tools/Options/Connection Settings. * The URL is back. * 

Actual Results:  
The URL returned.

Expected Results:  
The URL should have remained in the text box.

Troy, please try a current nightly build and take a look at the javascript
console if it shows a warning or error. Perhaps you have to enable strict js
warnings.
