It would be nice to have an additional column in the mentioned listings which
show the date when the item was accesses the last time. e.g. The cookie was read
the last time or the poup-blocker denied a request. This would make it easy to
remove older entries and clean up those lists by hand.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open Preferences, click on "Pricy", click on "Edit Site permissions...", the
list only had two columns, here I want a third one.

Does Mozilla's cookies.txt format even support this?

Based on the age of this bug and the fact that it has 0 votes and 0 comments to date, I say this is a WONTFIX unless there's already support for it in the file format.

That's explicitly been WONTFIXed in the Core, bug 161000.  We can't do something the Core doesn't provide.
