When more than 3 TO addresses are added, a USELESS horizontal scroll bar may
appear in the TO address window

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose a new mail message
2. Enter 4 or more addressees in the TO box
3. Click the vertical scroll bar in the TO box and scroll up

Actual Results:  
A horizontal scroll bar appears replacing (and obscuring) the last line of the
TO box, even though none of the addresses is wider than the window.  Even if the
address is wider than the window, scrolling right just shows blank area, no more
data.

Expected Results:  
Horizontal scroll bar is totally unnecessary in this context.

The scroll bar sometimes disappears if you scroll vertically back to the bottom
of the list, or when you add another addressee.

there's no horizontal bar and some of the web page doesn't show is there an addon i can get to see the whole page?

I haven't seen this bug for a long time and can't reproduce it now.
