Many sites have javascript links that open a small "Preview Window". By "Preview
Window" I mean a window with no bar or buttons, just a frame with a web page
inside. If you use right click on a link inside that "Preview Window" and selcet
"Open link in New Tab". The tab will load behind the current window. Control-Tab
will take you to the new tab. However a new tab does not appear as there are no
toolbars. This could be confusing to a novice user. Thanks. Bill

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on javascript link on Webpage and open a "Preview Window"
2. Open new tab inside "Preview Window"

Actual Results:
A new page loaded, but there was no tab

Expected Results:
Do not allow tab browsing in "Preview Windows", remove right click functionality.

-OR-

Manually force the tab toolbar at the top of the "Preview Window"
