In Mozilla it's possible to choose between a download manager and single
dialogues for each download. This is missing in Firefox. I like these single
Windows, and would like to be able to choose these for download in Firefox too.

Steps to Reproduce:
Download something
Actual Results:  
The Firefox Download Manager opens

Expected Results:  
When the (requested) "Single Download Dialogues" Setting is chosen, a single
window for each running download shall be opened as in Mozilla.
