On the page http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/MySQL_5.0_Nutshell.html (and other
pages at mysql.com), clicks on links in the area below the mysql-header, causes
that content to be moved down. The second click then succeeds.
Works with Mozilla 1.7.3.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/MySQL_5.0_Nutshell.html
2. Click on a link below the header (for example "1 General Information" on the
left side)


Actual Results:  
The browser doesn't goes to the page
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/Introduction.html (as expected), it just moves
the content down.

Expected Results:  
Go to the clicked link.
